Purpose

On Court Player Development® is a commercial Web site that intends to sell and market our sports-related services, programming and products. This privacy statement explains what personal information is collected, how the information is used, and with whom we may share such information. Please take a few minutes to read our privacy policy so that you understand how we treat your personal information.

Attention children

If you are under the age of 13 (12 or younger), you may not provide any information about yourself to this site. While you may view content, you may not register with the site or do other activities that would let you enter information about yourself. If we learn that you have provided information about yourself to this site, we will delete such information.

On Court Player Development® will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. What information is collected on our site?

User provided information

On Court Player Development® does not collect any “Personally Identifying Information” such as name, address or e-mail addresses on this Web site without your knowledge and consent. Such information is collected through registration forms. “Personally Identifying Information” – or just “Personal information” – includes your name, home or other address, e-mail address, telephone number or any other information that may identify you or allow online or offline contact with you.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies do not gather any “Personally Identifying Information” about you. They simply track visitor information such as what pages get most hits, etc.

Some of the affiliate services and external Web sites that are not related to On Court Player Development® may keep cookies to track the clicks and offering affiliate commission for limited time.

IP address

Our server automatically collects data about your server’s domain address when you visit us. This information, known as an “Internet Protocol address” – or “IP Address” – is a number that’s automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider whenever you’re on the Web. When you request pages from On Court Player Development®, our servers log your “IP Address.” Our server may also record the referring page that linked you to us, e.g., a search engine. Our server cannot automatically record your name or address.

How is the information used?

We will use the “Personal Information” you provide to our Web sites to fulfill a specific purpose. We also store your name, e-mail address, Web site URL, etc., in our clients’ database. Those are for our records.

Does On Court Player Development® share “Personal information” and “Site usage” information with others?

Whatever e-mails you receive from us are mostly related to program or certification upgrades, product additions for our site, promotional or marketing e-mails from On Court Player Development® and/or its approved partners, or bug fixes, etc. These will be posted in members site also.

Right to opt out

You can opt-out any time you want from receiving e-mails from On Court Player Development®. At anytime you can click on the unsubscribe link or reply to the e-mail with “Unsubscribe from On Court Player Development® list” in subject line.

On Court Player Development® will take reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of all “Personal Information” provided to the On Court Player Development® Web sites. We don’t ask to fill up your credit card information and other sensitive information on our Web site.
